Wheelchairs – are available in a wide variety of sizes and styles, with many different accessories. Wheelchairs require personal fitting to ensure proper seat width, footrest adjustment and maximum comfort. Hemi-wheelchairs are lower to the ground to accommodate shorter stature and/or foot propulsion. Lightweight wheelchairs are built with high-strength material, which weighs less than materials used in a standard chair, thus making self-propulsion easier. Heavy-duty wheelchairs support more weight.

Footrests –
*Standard footrests are adjustable to custom fit individual height.
*Elevating legrests allow for elevation of lower extremities, which may be required by certain medical conditions. Elevating legrests can also accommodate casts on lower extremities.
*Swing-a-way footrests allow for ease in getting in and out of the chair.
