Freedom Link is VGM’s 24-hour a day service for traveling and relocating patients of VGM Members. By using Freedom Link, ensure patients’ respiratory/HME needs are taken care of at each stop along their itineraries. Freedom Link associates handle over 12,000 referrals annually. They have immediate access to thousands of independent HME suppliers in North America.

How to use Freedom Link-

When a patient notifies you that they’ll be traveling, call Freedom Link or visit their website at: VGMFreedomlink.com . They can make arrangements for their home medical equipment and/or respiratory needs at each stop on their itinerary.

If your patient should have an emergency, 24 hour a day assistance is available by calling 800-642-6065.

Freedom Link also offers “wallet cards” for your traveling patients.
